On April 10, Ding Xia, vice president of Beijing University of Chinese Medicine (BUCM), attended the "China-Africa 100 Universities Cooperation Plan" 2026 Chinese Members' Working Meeting, held at the International Conference Center of Beijing Foreign Studies University. The meeting aimed to deepen the exchange mechanisms of the "China-Africa University Alliance" and promote practical cooperation between Chinese and African universities.

During the meeting, Vice President Ding delivered a special report titled "Inheritance, Openness, Integration: BUCM's Innovations and Achievements in Africa Cooperation."
